At Gulf San.Store, we aim to deliver high-quality products.
Since our items are shipped directly from our suppliers, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
Eligibility for Replacement/Refund:
- Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Customer must provide clear photos or a short video showing the issue
- Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund
Non-Returnable Items:
- Used, worn, or damaged items (after delivery)
- Clearance or promotional items
