Refund policy

At Gulf San.Store, we aim to deliver high-quality products.
Since our items are shipped directly from our suppliers, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Eligibility for Replacement/Refund:

  • Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Customer must provide clear photos or a short video showing the issue
  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used, worn, or damaged items (after delivery)
  • Clearance or promotional items
